If you mean "why do some men have a male foot fetish" then this is a good question, and a surprisingly ordinary phenomenon in direct men! I am a gay guy, and have a foot fetish myself, so I own come across lots of straight men who have substantial fetishes for male feet despite entity into women! I am no psycologist, but (according to experts) most foot fetishes are said to stem from the experiences/discoveries of an infant, which (when pleasurable or non threatening/comforting) forms a subconcious bond or connection to a specific object/or thing. If you think about it, a fetish starts in much the same way as a phobia which is just as irrational, but connected with fear/discomfort instead of pleasure/comfort. A lot of people will forget the trigger/occasion that began a fetish or phobia during infancy, but the mind will still be "wired up" to respond to the certain object with feelings of treasure and infatuation, or fear.
